High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates periods of short, hard work, with periods of rest - an approach shown to improve your fitness in a fraction of the time. Our HIIT Cycling classes allow you to get in a quick lunch-time workout that packs a punch!
Happy Hour Cycling!
Join us for a special Friday Night Party ride! Cycle to some rockin' tunes, then hang out for a little post-workout food, beverages, and socializing, and, if you want, over to Burlap & Bean for some Friday night LIVE music.
Gratitude Ride - Hour 2
Join us for our first annual Gratitude Ride to support local families in need. This will be a special, challenging 2 hour ride. You may choose to ride the first hour, the second hour, or both hours. We will be collecting financial donations and non-perishable food to support St. Mark's Food Bank in Broomall. The class is free, but financial and food donations are welcome. Come help us support the community, and kick of your Holiday season with a great workout!

Total Body Boot Camp
Our Total Body classes will help you build strength, boost metabolism, and blast calories in a fun and supportive group setting. All exercises are scaled, and are appropriate for participants of all fitness and ability levels.
Suspension & Core
Suspension training utilizes your body weight working against gravity to develop balance, strength, flexibility, and joint stability. The Suspension & Core class will incorporate both suspension training and traditional core exercises
Boot Camp Express FREE ADD-ON
Think you need to spend hours in the gym to get in shape? Think again! This class incorporates high intensity intervals with short rest, and packs a lot of work into a short period!
Boot Camp Express is FREE when taken back-to-back with one of our cycling classes.
Cardio, strength, and flexibility are the the cornerstones that build the foundation of fitness. This class incorporates elements of all three. This class begins with cardio on the bike, builds strength in the fitness room, and finishes up with some yoga-based stretching.
