Our special video rides will let you experience rides from all over the world. Ride some of the great climbs of the Tour de France, enjoy a scenic tour of the beaches and volcanoes of Hawaii, or visit some of the nations most picturesque national parks. Check our schedule for these special rides.

Group Fitness Classes
Total Body Boot Camp
Our Total Body classes will help you build strength, boost metabolism, and blast calories in a fun and supportive group setting. All exercises are scaled, and are appropriate for participants of all fitness and ability levels.
Build long, lean muscles in our Pilates classes. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that combine strength and flexibility training to improves posture, reduces stress and improve core strength.
Free/For Donation Bootcamp
Celebrate our One Year Anniversary with a FREE Bootcamp class. This class is free of charge, but we are accepting donations in any amount to the Colon Cancer Coalition.
Cycle & Strength
The perfect way to combine your strength and cardio workouts! Spend the first half of the class on the bike, then move to a high energy strength and stretching session for a complete calorie burning, muscle building workout.
Cycle & Suspension
Combine a high energy cycling class with a suspension and core session. Suspension training utilizes your own body weight working against resistance for a great, total body workout.
