Looking for a longer ride? We've got you covered! The Sunday Endurance Ride will begin at 75 minutes, and extend to 90 minutes later in the season.

Whether your goal is to look better, feel better, or perform better - our Total Body Function class will help you get there. This class uses a variety of tools to develop total body strength, flexibility, and mobility for improved fitness, performance, and injury prevention.
Cycle & Suspension
Combine a high energy cycling class with a suspension and core session. Suspension training utilizes your own body weight working against resistance for a great, total body workout.
Cycle/Total Body Function
An hour class combining a high energy cycling workout and our Total Body Function functional strength training for improved strength, flexibility, and mobility.
