    Jenny is the owner and driving force behind Inner Drive.  As a certified Triathlon coach, Personal Trainer, and Indoor Cycling instructor, Jenny enjoys working with and training endurance athletes, but also loves providing challenging workouts for anyone looking for opportunities to improve their general health and fitness.  She enjoys providing a variety of indoor cycling and strength classes, from structured training rides, to virtual rides and theme rides, to strength classes incorporating a variety of training tools to help each individual reach their goals.  She believes that the combination of cardiovascular and strength training are a great way to improve both fitness and athletic performance.  She is thrilled to be able to offer the community a great combination of indoor cycling for cardiovascular fitness and strength training to build and maintain strength, flexibility, and mobility. 

    In the cycling room, Jenny enjoys an eclectic mix of music, from current pop tunes to classic rock, to house and techno music, to indie rock and heavy metal, and is always on the lookout for just the right tune to create the mood she's looking for.

    Kathleen Davidson

    Kathleen is an avid sports fan and former athlete who became increasingly interested in finding new ways to challenge and push herself when opportunites for formal competitive sports finished.  She began training for marathons, but quickly realized the importance of cross-training and wellness in the preventing injuries and maximizing the effectiveness of workouts.  She began to focus on nutrition, as well as incorporating cycling, strength training, and power yoga, and found tremendous benefits with a more well-rounded approach.  Kathleen has run numerous full and half-marathons and is always looking for new fitness-based adventures. 

    She found indoor cycling so beneficial that she became a certified instructor so she could share the workout benefits with others.  She works to teach an engaging class with upbeat music that motivates and gives opportunities for sustained effort while putting minimal wear and tear on the body.  Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth - Kathleen strives to give people of all ages and fitness levels a safe, effective, and energizing workout that meets their individual fitness needs.

    Lisa Bonaquisti

    Lisa has had a lifelong passion for fitness/wellness.  She began as an assistant dance instructor at the age of 14 and through the years has had the opportunity to instruct and coach individuals in varied competitive and recreational settings.  In her current total body fitness classes Lisa incorporates cardio, core, and resistance training in an upbeat setting to enhance and encourage all ages and levels to achieve their desired fitness or competitive goals.  Her personal training sessions are developed for each specific individual based on his/her needs.  In either setting Lisa will keep both the mind and the body challenged through combination moves and the use of various pieces of equipment.  RN, CPT, Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

    Mindy Jordan

    Mindy has been a certified indoor cycling instructor for several years, teaching both indoor cycling and total strength classes for several local fitness clubs.  Always a  fitness enthusiast, Mindy discovered her passion for indoor cycling during frequent visits to Scottsdale, AZ where her sister-in-law is an instructor and inspired her to become one as well.

    Mindy loves to teach using a variety of class designs to challenge every level rider.  Music also plays an important role in her class designs.   Playlists are carefully selected in an effort to establish a mind-body connection as well as motivate and engage each rider.  Her playlists are selected from a variety of music genres including rock, pop. alternative, dance, R&B, hip hop and a hint of country.

    When not instructing in the gym, Mindy is busy running her family's Dairy Queen restaurants, as well as caring for their five (5) four-legged family members and rescuing and fostering other animals in need.

    Roseann Williams

    Roseann is an avid tennis player and a life-long athlete whose passion for exercise and health began while in high school on the women's field hockey and softball teams. Her certifications include Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga RYT 200, Certified Mat Pilates, Certified Indoor Cycling (spin), Certified Strength Training, Certified USTA Tennis QuickStart tennis instructor for children.

    Roseann strives to keep her cycling classes varied and exciting while keeping instruction consistent from ride to ride - enabling riders to stay connected to the routine without becoming bored.  She likes to encorporate an eclectic array of music from active warms ups with David Guetta, FloRida, or Rihanna. to flat road sprints with Stevie Ray Vaughn, or the Four Tops, to climbs with Coldplay or Mumford & Sons.

    When not training, Roseann enjoys continuing fitness education, tennis, volunteering for children's groups, cooking with family, and travel.   She is passionate about helping each individual client develop a healthy body and mind through exercise and proper nutrition.
